01 What this site is

This is an informational website describing our studio and linking to our products. It does not, by itself, provide a paid service. Each product has its own terms, which govern that product:

02 The chat assistant

The on-site assistant is an AI tool provided for convenience and general information. Its responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and no advisory or confidential relationship is created by using it. Don't submit sensitive personal information. Messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

03 Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and don't misuse the assistant or try to extract or interfere with its underlying systems.

04 Intellectual property

The site, its content, wordmark, and design are owned by Krometis Analytics and Krometis & Associates, LLC, and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy, republish, or reuse its content without permission.

05 No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krometis Analytics and Krometis & Associates, LLC, and their owners and suppliers, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or the assistant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed USD 100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
