Krometis Analytics is a custom software studio and a brand of Krometis & Associates, LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States (US-MA). This policy explains what this website, analytics.krometis.com (also krometisanalytics.com), collects and how we handle it.

This policy covers this website. Each product we ship is a separate service with its own privacy policy:
02 What this site collects
This website is intentionally minimal. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The limited data we do handle:
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including your IP address, briefly, to operate the site securely and to rate-limit abuse.
- One security cookie. Our network provider, Cloudflare, sets a short-lived bot-management cookie (__cf_bm) to tell human visitors from automated traffic. It is used only to protect the site, not for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
- The chat assistant. If you use the on-site AI assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate replies. If, and only if, you ask to be contacted and share your details, we send a summary of the conversation to our team so we can follow up. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your message, address, and anything you include.
03 Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate the site, each acting on our behalf: Anthropic (processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies), Postmark (sends the conversation summary to our inbox when you ask to be contacted), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and network security). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

To respond to your inquiries, to follow up when you ask us to, and to keep the site secure and working. We keep what we collect only as long as needed for those purposes.
05 Security
Security is foundational to how we build. This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy, scoped access, and modern transport security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design to minimize what we hold and to protect what we do.
06 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
07 Children
This site is intended for a professional and institutional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
08 Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes take effect when posted here with a revised date.
